A friendly and ‘with it’ elderly lady is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would value the friendly company of having someone else living in her home. She is fairly independent but some ad hoc general practical help around the home such as picking up shopping/help with on-line order, cooking a few meals (incl. some batch cooking or help with meal prep), light cleaning and tidying, simple tech support, taking the dog for a short night time walk, helping in the garden (weeding, watering, sweeping leaves) and other ad hoc tasks and errands would be appreciated. She enjoys healthy cooking, anything from traditional English to Asian.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom with its own ensuite shower room and shared use of the kitchen.

The property is a 10 minutes’ walk to Fulham Broadway [District Line]

The lady enjoys her garden, antiques and car boot sales. She has a dog, so a dog-lover is essential. She also enjoys a chat so this would suit someone friendly, open and easy-going.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the lady’s interests.
