The area

Sands End is a great neighbourhood with plenty going on locally. Wandsworth Bridge Road is just around the corner, with lots of lovely independent coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.

There are several great gyms nearby, including Harbour Club, Virgin Active and Anytime Fitness, plus plenty of fitness studios and classes.

The flat is well connected, with Imperial Wharf, Wandsworth Town and Fulham Broadway stations all within easy reach, making it convenient for getting into central London and around South West London.

Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be living with a 31-year-old professional who’s pretty chilled and easy-going. I’m always up for a trip to the pub or a chat over a glass of wine, but equally happy for us both to do our own thing and have our own space.

I’m looking for someone who’s respectful and considerate, but also has a good sense of humour and is up for having a laugh. Ideally I’d like the flat to feel like a relaxed home rather than just two people living completely separate lives.

I’m open to both full-time and Monday–Friday arrangements, with some flexibility for the right person.
