Large double room with en-suite & roof terrace

Hey, I am looking for another flatmate to join me in this gorgeous 2 bed flat in Fulham. The room available is a large double, with an en-suite. The flat is split over 2 floors with a separate kitchen & living room. Plus the added benefit of a lovely roof terrace with a BBQ & outside furniture etc.,

It will be fully furnished (with BBQ, Air Fryer etc., all already here!). Rent is £1500 p/m excl. bills and the flat is available from early November.

Looking for a flatmate who wants to be friends and not just flatmates. I am 25, working in finance, and usually work from home once or twice a week. I am always up for an evening pub trip (sometimes turning into a cheeky night out), chilled night in watching TV or a coffee & walk! I also love to cook / bake & often do shared meals with my current flatmates so would be open to that! But I am also very independent & have my own social life in London so happy to do my own thing.
