💸 Cost is £973.35 per month (plus extra £137 covering all bills throughout the year which is great as we don’t hold back on the heating!). Deposit is £1153.85 (Please note: This is different to the ad as the deposit was split evenly 4 ways years ago and Spareroom won’t let us put that amount ☹ )

🚆4 min walk to Putney Bridge station, 8 min walk to Parsons Green and lots of buses around the area. We’re just off New Kings Road so super close to all the main pubs and shops on the green.

🌸 The house is split across three levels, including 2 bathrooms, a separate laundry room (with a dryer!), big living room, large kitchen/dining area and garden space so it’s a great for hosting.

👯‍♀️You’d be living with 3 girls (27-31) working in tv, HR and teaching. We’ve all lived here for quite a while and have loved making it as cosy and homely as possible. We all love our exercise and having daily debriefs in the kitchen, watching tele together and the occasional day/night out or takeaway, but also have our own social lives too. We’d love someone who slots into this! We’re looking for another female who is clean, tidy, matches this vibe and willing to contribute to making our house a home.

Our landlord is responsive to any issues. Parking permit available.
