I'm leaving my flat shared with two others in a lovely flat in Fulham with a good size garden. The remaining flatmates have become good friends, this is a really friendly household so we'd like someone who enjoys shared time in the living room watching TV, going for a drink etc.
Tidiness is a must, noone is obsessive but a clean home is important! My room is a good size double, mercifully cool in the summer. The flat is split over the ground and basement floors.
