We have a spare room available from 29th October in our beautiful 4-bed flat in Fulham 💗

The room is £844 per month. Bills are typically under £120 a month, depending on the season

The flat is just by Bishops Park, on a lovely peaceful road right by the river! 12-minute walk to Putney Bridge station, 20-minute walk to Putney train station and a well-connected bus stop at the end of our road, including buses to Hammersmith, Wandsworth and Chelsea.

A bit about us 👯‍♀️

You’d be living with three other girls who have absolutely loved living together here and are continuing the tenancy. We’re friends as well as housemates, and while we all have our own friends and plans outside the flat, we really enjoy spending time together too.

We love nights in watching films, cooking together, going for dinner or to the pub, Pilates, shopping, days out and chatty walks! We’re all tidy, considerate and respectful of each other’s space, and really see the flat as our home.

Annabel, 27, speech and language therapist. Usually wfh on a Friday and occasionally some other days! Loves cooking, going for dinner, long river walks and shopping 💗

Izzy, 27 works in fashion. Usually wfh Mondays and Fridays but this does vary and sometimes is in the office more! Loves swimming and going for a run & coffee on the weekend, as well as hitting up any local charity shops 🌺

Georgie, 27, works in Events. Works Mondays to Fridays as well as occasional evenings and weekends. Sometimes wfh in Jan/Feb. Love doing 1Rebel Classes, going for runs, drinks at the pub, roasts, gigs, theatre and watching the rugby.🩷

We’d love to find another girl who is a professional of a similar age, looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room to rent!

A couple of things to note: We sometimes work from home together in the living room, but there isn’t a separate office space. We have a fortnightly cleaner, which works out at £9 each. There is one bathroom (with a bath) and one separate toilet!
