Double Room, Fulham

Hey! We have a double room available in our flat for rent from October (flexible move in date).
We have loved living with Luce for the last 2 years but she is moving out to live with her partner and so we need to fill the room.

The flat has really nice shared spaces with a large living room that gets a lot of light, modern kitchen, modern bathroom and a shared garden.
The room is well sized with built in wardrobes, a desk, headboard, and double bed.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Putney Bridge tube station, making it close to the river and Bishops Park.
Me and Ollie have been mates for years, keep the place clean and tidy and yap about anything and everything.
We like running, cycling, pubing, guitaring etc.
I am a research scientist, so I am in the office 5 days a week and Ollie works in consumer health care and is in the office 2/3 days a week.
