Large double bedroom (Fulham) 1st October

We have one nice top floor double bedroom available on the 1st October. I have been living here 2 plus years and unfortunately are moving on...

The house is a beautiful 5 Bedroom house in Burnthwaite road, next to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green.
If you are interested, can you please give us a bit of info? We would like to know who you are, what are you looking for, when do you need to move in and for how long, and eventually how old are you?

The property is composed of 5 fully furnished bedrooms ranging in size, all with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a bedside table.
There is a really nice living room and a separate Kitchen with all appliances. There is 2 full family bathrooms

All the services are standard. Bills (Gas, Electricity, Water), Council Tax, Internet & Tv Licence are included in your rent.

Our properties are serviced weekly by professional cleaning companies. They clean the kitchen, bathrooms and all other communal areas.

Your new housemates will be a mix of working professionals between 23 and 29 years old mixed with different nationalities such as British, Croatian.... We keep a balance between guys and girls.

We try to create a warm and nice flatsharing! We try to make sure all the profiles fits together in order to have people getting along and happy to live together :)
