Fulham tenancy takeover – £1,175/month | Available from 5th October

Hi! Looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bed flat in Fulham from 5th October.

The rent for my room is £1,175/month. The current tenancy runs until 10th November, when my flatmate will also be moving out, so from then you can find someone to take over the second room and continue with the full 2-bed flat.

Our current rent for the whole flat is £2,350/month, although Chestertons is currently advertising it at £2,500, so you can always try to negotiate with them when extending.

This would be an official tenancy takeover, so as soon as I know someone is serious and wants to go ahead, all referencing and paperwork would be done directly through Chestertons.

The flat is small but really cute and in a perfect location in Fulham. The agency photos are quite white/minimal, but it’s very easy to make it feel cosy and homey once you’re settled in.
