Looking for a laid-back, friendly and tidy housemate to share my flat in a great part of Fulham.

📍 The location is pretty hard to beat.

You’re a 4 minute walk from the river, Bishops Park and Fulham Pier, so morning runs, evening walks or a post-work wander along the river are all right on the doorstep.

There are loads of gyms, coffee shops, pubs nearby, including the Crabtree and 8 Bells. Tesco right on the corner. And if you’re a bit of a foodie, you’ll be very well catered for with some superb local restaurants very close.

🚇 Getting around is easy too:
• Putney Bridge – District Line
• Barons Court / Hammersmith – Piccadilly & District Lines
• 220 / 74 / 430 buses basically on the doorstep

👋 A bit about me
I’m Ben, male, early 30s and originally from Australia. I work in Wimbledon Monday–Friday, with the occasional weekend.

I’m pretty laid-back and social, and always up for a film, a hit of tennis (literally just across the road) or demonstrating my below-intermediate trivia knowledge over a pint.

The flat is clean, tidy, fully furnished, and a lovely place to come home to. I enjoy being social and having a laugh, but I’m equally respectful of having each other’s own space, and peace & quiet.
