Sunny En-Suite Room with Rooftop Terrace

This lovely room - and the flat as a whole - has been my home for the last three years, and I’m only moving because I’ve bought my own flat.

It’s a cosy double bedroom at the top of the flat, with lots of natural sunlight. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, so you get plenty of privacy and your own little space.

The room also comes with its own en-suite bathroom, which has been amazing. Downstairs, there’s a large living room, a communal bathroom which was renovated just last year, the kitchen and the two other bedrooms.

You’ll be living with Holly and Kailey, both professionals in their mid-to-late twenties. They’re both lovely, and I’ve always got along really well with everyone I’ve lived with here. It’s a social but cosy flat - definitely not a party flat, but a place that genuinely feels like home.

I’m looking to arrange viewings this coming weekend.

Furniture: I’m also looking to sell the furniture currently in the room, including the bed, desk, chest of drawers, chair, bookshelf etc. I paid over £1,000 for everything and am asking £350, which I think is more than fair given the amount included. Please only get in touch if you’d be happy to purchase the furniture.
