Hi! Im looking for someone - preferably female - to take my friends room in our flat in Fulham, the room is available now.
The flat is lovely, modern and big, located in Fulham, halfway between Parsons Green and Hammersmith. The room has a huge wardrobe, a private balcony and a large en suite. There is also a roof terrace which is shared with the 3 other flats in the building, and a lift which definitely helps when moving!
The rent is 1400/month including all bills and our lovely cleaner who comes fortnightly.
About me: I’m 36 and work for a wellness company, I’m office based in central the majority of the time. I’m vegan but not bothered if you aren’t and am generally a bit of a homebody.
If you have any questions please just send me a message.
Thank you!
Katy
