Looking for someone to take our room in Fulham!

We are moving out of the UK on the 25th November, so looking for either a single person / couple that is interesting in taking over our lease.

The flat:
The property is a 2-bedroom flat, and you’ll be sharing with a 26 yr old male from New Zealand. The flat is very spacious for 2-bedrooms. 2 bathrooms in total, there is a lounge on the 1st floor and a separate kitchen and dining area on the top floor.

Our room comes with an en-suite bathroom and has lots of storage space.

Location:
8-minute walk away from the Mildmay Overground Line

15-minute walk away from the District Underground

5-min walk to a very large Sainsbury’s

Local pub, cafes/restaurants nearby

The current lease runs till February and the landlord is happy to extend for another year if interested.

Deposit shown as split by 3 people in flat (£922 each). Would need to be doubled if a single person takes room.
