We are renting out a brand-new, fully furnished en-suite double room in our recently renovated gated home in Fulham. The property is located inside a secure gated community, so It is very safe and quite. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the room features a premium mattress, its own TV, and includes a regular room cleaning service.

Who We Are Looking For:
Students are highly welcomed, as are professionals! Because our home has just been completely refurbished to a luxury standard, our absolute biggest priority is finding someone who is exceptionally clean, neat, and will treat the brand-new space with care.

Living With Us:
We are a friendly, easygoing, and respectful couple (live-in landlords). We value a quiet, peaceful, and immaculate home environment. While you will have full shared access to our modern kitchen and living areas, your en-suite room will serve as your own private sanctuary.

8-minute walk to Fulham Broadway Station (District Line) and 10-minute walk to Parsons Green Station (District Line).
Just a short stroll to the great cafes, shops, and amenities of Fulham.

Bills: All-inclusive (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Fast Broadband, and the regular room cleaning)
