I am looking for a responsible, mature, clean, tidy and organized person to share my 2 bedroom flat. Refurbished in 2011 to a high standard with everything brand new. Flat is part of a charming Victorian mansion block located in a very nice and quiet area of Fulham.

The room is a good sized double bedroom, with a European king-size bed (160cmx200cm), memory foam mattress, sliding doors double wardrobe and bedside table.

The living room has a gas fireplace, 46” Sony Bravia TV, SKY HD and adjustable desk with office chair.

There is a sleek big kitchen with all mod cons and a breakfast table with bar stools.

One big bathroom with travertine floor to ceilings tiles, under floor heating and a great shower (120cmx120cm) powered by a 3.0 bar pump.

Also, a closet where you can leave luggage and other stuff.

I own the flat so I am looking for someone considerate, quiet, extremely clean and who does not work remotely.

I’m 53, Italian, single, sporty and good company to be with.

Rent is £1500pcm including super fast broadband, Sky stream and utility bills. I am flexible with the duration of tenancy.
I am also considering short term stays, price is £550 a week or £2000 per month.

The flat is 1 minute from Bishop’s Park where you can run or walk along the river and have access to tennis courts. A Sainsubry Local and a Tesco Express are both 4 minutes away. Closest tube station is Putney Bridge and Parsons Green, respectively 9 and 10 minutes walk. Bus stop is less than 5 minutes away on the Fulham road (14 (24hours) to Piccadilly and 414 to South Kensington both run very frequently)
