Newly decorated double room in Fulham

A bright double room in Fulham is available from the end of July, my current flatmate moving out shortly.

The property is a ground floor flat on one of the alphabet streets off the Fulham Palace Rd. It has good transport links with Hammersmith tube, a 12 minute walk away, and Putney Bridge, Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green all within a short bus ride.

The property is also a short walk to a good range of shops on the Fulham Palace Rd including Waitrose, Sainsburys, Pret, Tescos etc. as well as being close to the river, Bishops Park and some lovely green spaces.

The flat is in excellent condition with a bathroom (incl separate bath and shower), large open-plan kitchen/sitting room and large garden, including a patio, lawn and gym.

The room has a Warren Evans kingsize double bed, large built-in wardrobe, under-bed storage drawer, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is also a mirror and two shelves above the chest of drawers.

All usual amenities are included: broadband, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Sky TV etc

The flat is cleaned on a weekly basis and this is included in all the bills.

I am pretty relaxed when choosing flatmates but there are a few things I should point out:

- Non-smokers only please
- I have a cat (called Monkey) who you would need to be comfortable being around. He is super chilled having had quite a tough start to life and like most cats tends to sleep or wander around outside...
- I try and keep the flat reasonably tidy, would expect my flatmate to do likewise (although a messy bedroom is up to you!)

Other than that I am a very sociable, relaxed person who is happy to chat in the evenings, watch a film, play tennis, enjoy a drink or some food together, the usual. Love doing BBQs in the summer too! Or happy to leave you to your own devices if you so wish...

I am working from home at the moment so am in the flat most days but this is likely to change in the autumn. I've lived with friends, friends of friends and total strangers, both male and female and never had any problems (or none that I've been told!)
