Fulham is residential and village-like but totally central and calmer than Zone 1. Easy access to Zone 1 and the City via the District line or Elizabeth line (towards Reading or East London) — ideal if you need central access but don't want to live there.

Looking for a practical, organised, well-travelled lodger. You will have use of the kitchen and bathroom, shared with the owner and one other.
Room: comfortable double bed, wardrobe, space for bookshelves

Suitable for short stays 1-3 month possibly longer if suitable. Works well as a base a few days a week. Not suitable for shopaholics, or frequent Amazon delivery users (too many interruptions).
Interests in academia, art and healthcare. Other interests include music (house, blues, folk, dance), movies, gym, and yoga. Not suitable for heavy drinkers or people who cook extensively.

5–7 minute walk to the tube (Zone 2) and close to Imperial Wharf station. 1 minute walk from King’s Road Chelsea; a few minutes to Fulham Broadway Tube. Central London ~15 minutes.

Walking distance to Imperial College and film school. Not suitable for WFH, it's a quiet home and limited workspace. Good for those who keep a place super clean and tidy at all times.

Neighbourhood: Parsons Green / Fulham / King’s Road Chelsea, green, village feel, with supermarkets, markets, gyms, hospitals, a great cinema, parks, museums, universities, galleries, smart shops, vintage markets, nightlife, cafés and restaurants. .
