Decent-sized room with a great view over London. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Fulham Broadway and Imperial Wharf stations, and just 2 minutes from shops and places to eat.
Rent includes everything — bills, Wi-Fi, etc. Buses nearby: 295, 28, 424, C1.

👋 About Me

You’ll be sharing with myself — heterosexual male of Caribbean background, easygoing. Day Trader amongst others things, I do play music sometimes (mostly soul vibes), but always respectful with the volume. I occasionally have friends over, but nothing wild or regular.

📌 The Setup

This isn’t first-come, first-served — I go with who’s the right fit

You’ll need ID and a reference

No strict contracts or loads of rules

No FaceTime or video viewings, ( need to see the area)

No unemployment or student benefits (just too complicated)

Ladies — feel free to bring a friend with you to the viewing

Move-in: 1 month’s rent + 1 month upfront + returnable £150 break fee
