This is a flat share with one heterosexual male of Caribbean descent. I work as a day trader an part-time DJ and occasionally play ’80s and ’90s soul, reggae and other genres. However, I am considerate of noise levels.

This is not a first-come, first-served arrangement. Compatibility will be the deciding factor
