Double room in Fulham available*Females preferred

My current flatmate will sadly be moving out of London for a new job so I’m looking for someone to take over her room.

📍Move-in starting from 10 July (happy to discuss earlier or later move-in dates that fall in July or last week of June as can be flexible)

The room comes furnished with a double bed and a big wardrobe. Bills (incl. council tax) are around £180.

The current lease runs until July 2027 so I’m looking for someone who will be staying for at least a year.

🏡About the flat and area:

- Fully furnished split-level flat with two double bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor, and the kitchen, living room and a small balcony on the second floor
- c. 5 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway station (District line)
- Sainsbury’s, Aldi, M&S, and Boots all within a 5 minute walk
- Council tax band F

About me:

You’ll be sharing with me (26 yo female). I work in strategy in a utilities company and am in the office around once a week. I’m from Hong Kong and have been living in London for about four years now. I’m a regular theatre and Pilates goer and love dinner/drinks with friends. Although, I equally enjoy a movie night-in!

About you:

Ideally you’d be a 24-29 yo female (no couples or pets please!).Just looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, easy to live with and up for flatmate outings and kitchen chats!
