The flat occupies the upper floors of a townhouse and is arranged across three levels, with a mezzanine-style kitchen on the top floor. It is private, quiet and full of character, with one shared bathroom.

The available bedroom has built-in wardrobes and comfortably fits either a double or king-size bed. The bedroom is offered unfurnished, while the rest of the flat is furnished. Pictured is 1 of 2 double bedrooms - I am flexible as to which bedroom is preferred after viewing.

About me:
I'm 31, professional, friendly and considerate, and I live fairly quietly. I work from home two days a week and take pride in keeping the flat clean, calm and comfortable.

As it will be just the two of us, I'd love to find someone with whom home feels relaxed and easy. I'm friendly and always happy to chat, but I also value privacy, independence and having space to unwind. I'm looking for a female professional with a similar outlook - someone clean, respectful and easy to communicate with, who wants a genuine home rather than simply a room.

We rent directly from a genuinely lovely private landlady who is responsive and excellent with maintenance.

There is one separate flat beneath us, which is professionally managed as short-term accommodation. We have never experienced any problems, guests are vetted, and we have a good relationship with the property manager should anything arise.
