Bright double room in cosy West London flat

Bright and airy double room available in a cosy flat on Fulham Road, just a 5-minute walk from Fulham Broadway station.

The location is very convenient, with a large Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Boots and M&S all within a short walk. The area is lovely and very lively, with plenty of gyms, Pilates studios, cafés, restaurants, shops, and green spaces nearby.

The flat has a spacious, bright living room with a dining table, fireplace and TV, as well as a bright kitchen with a brand-new oven, extractor fan and induction hob. There is also a fridge, separate freezer and washing machine.

The bathroom has recently been refurbished and includes a bathtub and plenty of storage. There is additional storage in the hallway for coats, shoes, cleaning supplies and suitcases.

You would be sharing the flat with just one other person (me!). I’m 26, I’m Italian, and I work as a director and producer in film. I’m clean, tidy and sociable, I enjoy watching TV or having dinner with my flatmate, but I also really value personal space and a relaxed home environment.

I sometimes have my partner or a few friends over for dinner, but I’m always very respectful of the shared space and considerate about noise.

I’m looking for someone who is ideally creative, friendly, clean and tidy, and who would enjoy living in a friendly and calm home :)

The room is available from August, with some flexibility on the exact move-in date. We’re looking for someone who can move in anytime between August and mid-September, with mid-September being the latest possible start date.

(Professionals preferred, but students are also welcome!)

P. S. The deposit is £1,300, which is equivalent to five weeks’ rent. SpareRoom wouldn’t let me enter that amount for some reason, so I had to list a lower figure on the ad!
