Welcome to my flat in Fulham Broadway, one of London’s most pleasant neighbourhoods. The location is fantastic — close to Chelsea stadium, Fulham Broadway and West Brompton tube station (just a 8 minutes walk), with easy access to the city main attractions.

You’ll also be within walking distance of supermarkets including Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, Iceland, Tesco and Aldi, as well as a shopping centre, gyms and plenty of restaurants.

The room is in a peaceful and quiet environment and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

If you’re looking for the perfect combination of an excellent location, comfort and tranquillity, this could be the ideal place for you.

The flat is fully furnished with my belongings, so I would preferably be looking for someone who doesn’t have additional furniture, apart from what they need for the bedroom.

There is only 1 bathroom that will be shared between me and the other flatmate.

I’m currently the only tenant, and my boyfriend comes over quite often to spend time with me. He’s an easy-going person and very respectful.

I work as a chef from Monday to Friday (some weekends as well), and I usually go to the gym after work.

The flat is always kept clean and tidy, so I’m preferably looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going, and who would fit well into the household.

The room is available from 1st October - for short or long term.
