Double room in Fulham flat with balcony

My lovely double room is available from mid-October!

The flat is a split-level three-bed with a generous roof terrace which gets the sun all day in the Summer if thats your vibe. You'd be living with two other gorge ladies, one of which has an ensuite so you'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

There is a separate bath and shower, the kitchen has lots of storage with an induction hob, and a newly installed washing machine.

The bills come to around £60-70 pounds a month. Tucked off of the North End Road, the transport links are great it is a ten minute max walk to Fulham Broadway Station, 12 to West Brompton with the Overground, and 17 to Earls Court with the Piccadilly Line.

Many pubs, coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as nearly every Supermarket that you could wish for from Lidl and Aldi to M&S and Waitrose.

I am moving out after three lovely years as I am moving in with my partner (literally down the road cause I love the area so much). One of the housemates works from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so ideally they are after someone who is also in the office at least a couple of days a week and a social queen on the weekends, not just a body in the house but down to be friends.
