Looking for a third girl to join our home!

Hey girls!

We are looking for a lovely third housemate (ideally in her late 20s) to join us in our new 3-bedroom home!

We're both sociable, easy-going girls who love a good pub trip, going to the park, having dinners together and movie nights. We both have busy lives with work and friends, but we'd love to create a fun, friendly home where we enjoy spending time together, rather than just being housemates who happen to live under the same roof!

We're looking for someone who has her own life but is also up for spontaneous drinks, dinners, a good chat on the sofa and making the house feel like a proper home. 💕

🏠 The house

We're just moving into a spacious house with great location, walking distance to Fulham and Chelsea (and close to The Boundary for some drinks :) )

There is one bath room for 3, a big garden, and a parking spot! We will also get a cleaner.

The house comes partially furnished, so are buying a few things and furniture to make the house nicer. So there is a £200 one-off contribution towards some shared furniture for the house (but this can be sold when someone moves out).

You'd actually get two smaller rooms to yourself!

One room fits a double bed and as bedroom, while the second room could be your own walk-in wardrobe, dressing room, home office or a combination of all three! Its over 13sqm in total.
Both rooms are currently unfurnished, although there may be a chest of drawers available (TBC).

It's a nice setup if you want a bit of extra personal space, especially if you work from home occasionally or have a lot of clothes!

🐱 One little thing...

I'm also planning to get a cat at some point, so looking for someone who likes or is open to cats!

💌 A little more about us

We're two very good friends in our late 20s, both working full-time in London. We are from the Netherlands and New Zealand respectively. We enjoy going out, movie nights, some occasional pilates or running sessions and having friends over for dinner.
