We are a group of fun, young and easy going guys looking for a new flatmate from 1st August, 2026.
The room is perfectly located close to Central London in a typical Fulham house.
The rent is £850 per month incl. all bills (internet, Sky, gas, electricity and water) and £850 deposit.
The room is situated in Zone 2 and is very close to the Fulham Broadway Tube Station – District Line (5 minutes to walk). Buses also depart close to the house (28, 391, 295, 211).
Around this area you can also find plenty of shops (e. g. Tesco or Sainsbury's), the North End Road Market (good to shop fresh foods), gyms and pubs...
The flat has a well-sized bath room, kitchen and living room. They are all very nice and fun to hang around.
The room has a desk, plenty of light, a personal balcony, a good size heater and storage for big luggage.
