Single south-facing room in beautiful Fulham 1st floor warm cosy flat (nr Fulham Broadway and West Brompton tubes) to share with 1 female professional, large kitchen/dining room, bathroom, separate WC, broadband/WIFI Netflix Amazon. DVD player Bath/shower. Very close to all amenities 5 mins tube, overground train, buses, shops, restaurants and fruit and veg and farmers market, 5 mins walking distance to Earls Court Zone 1 two stops to Westfield on overground Females preferred. Large kitchen/diner, cooking facilities, microwave, gas hob cooker, large air fryer, no oven, fridge, washing machine no dishwasher , kitchen/diner can be used as extra sitting room. Non-smoking professional female preferred. There are drawers under the bed also for storage and a clothes rail and extra storage space outside the room for suitcases. The room is very light and airy and has a nice view overlooking the street. Quiet neighbourhood fairly central. No couples the room only has a single bed. Have regular lovely cleaner. The flat is very clean and quiet. Flatmate is fun and outgoing, likes to cook, go out, read, paint, travel . Fulham is a beautiful and relatively safe area. You will love living here!
