Single room in a clean and tidy home

We are happy to offer a grround floor single bedroom to rent in our lovely home in Hammersmith & Fulham, a short walk from Hammersmith Broadway tube station.

As we strive to maintain a balanced house, we would prefer a female tenant for this room.

The room comes with access and use of the following communal spaces:

- Kitchen/Dining Room (includes communal cutlery, utensils, pots/pans, iron, ironing boards, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, Henry hoover);
- 1 x WC;
- 2 x Bathrooms;
- Landscaped rear garden (with bike rack).

All bills, including fibre optic broadband and weekly cleaning, are included in the rent.

The bedroom comes furnished with a single bed, new bed linen, duvet, pillow, new towel, desk, chair, cupboard, bin, bedside table and picture shelves for you to customise your room to make it a personalised home for your stay.

We provide a weekly cleaning service for communal parts and hoover the bedrooms once per month so the house is always kept in a clean condition.

The River Thames is a a short walk, full of riverside pubs/bars and cafes. Charing Cross Road and Hammersmith King Street are very close with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, theatres, large supermarkets and even an Ikea! Charing Cross Hospital and Hammersmith Apollo are a stones throw.

All deposits are held in a Deposit Protection Scheme.
