A lovely single room is available in a welcoming five-bedroom house share in a fantastic Hammersmith location.

The house is within a 5-minute walk of Hammersmith Station, giving easy access to the Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City and Circle Underground lines. There are also excellent bus connections to Central London, Heathrow Airport and other destinations.

The River Thames is around a 5-minute walk away, and the Eventim Apollo is only around 2 minutes away. There are plenty of great pubs, restaurants, cafés, shops and at least four different gyms within approximately a 10-minute walk.

THE HOUSE

The house has a good-sized shared living room and a large, fully equipped kitchen leading directly into the garden. There is also a downstairs WC and a main bathroom on the first floor.

It is a friendly, relaxed and international household, currently shared by working professionals from South African, English, and Polish backgrounds that enjoy travelling, sports, the outdoors, socialising and the occasional TV binge!

THE ROOM

The single bedroom is on the first floor and looks out towards the back garden.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, bedside table, good-sized wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, shelving/storage space and its own sink.

All household bills are included in the rent. The only additional cost is the shared cleaner, which is paid separately on a rotating basis between the housemates.

Council tax is a Band G through the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and is included within the rent.
