We are looking for a friendly person to join our household created by our lovely tenants.

The room is freshly painted, with practical furniture such as desk, specious practical wardrobe, shelf unit for extra space and a comfy bed. Also, it has new laminated flooring for extra cleanliness and anti-allergy living.

There is a skylight in the ceiling, easily closed by a remote. The room overlooks pleasant garden.

Big, bright kitchen, dining area, bathroom, second separate WC and garden are there for you to enjoy with three other people in the house.

The house is located on a quiet residential street close to park and sports ground.

• 10 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line).

• only 5 minute walk to Tooting railway station with trains to Wimbledon or Central London i. e. Elephant & Castle, St Pancras International and also Luton.

• St Georges Hospital 15 minutes walk.

Bills; water and council tax included

To pay: electricity and gas depends on consumption and is divided by the tenants (at the moment it is circa £40 per month)
