About me & living here

I’m a friendly, easygoing and outgoing professional male in my 40s (work in the city). I have a busy working life incl. travel, enjoy keeping fit and have an active social life.

I’d like us both to feel at home - happy to enjoy a chat while respecting each other’s privacy, space and independent routines.

I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate who does their share to keep the communal areas clean and tidy. There’s no expectation on any joint activities, although a fellow padel player, or someone who enjoys a BBQ, would be a bonus!

Friends and family are welcome to pop round occasionally. I just ask that visits are considerate of our shared space and don’t include overnight stays.
