Double room available for Mon-Fri let’s only. Comes with double bed, desk tv and some storage space.

Looking for a clean considerate housemate who enjoys the odd dinner and movie together - prefer someone looking for a homely atmosphere who doesn’t just hide away in their room. Am regularly back in the office so out of the house from 8-6 and would prefer someone on a similar schedule so don’t apply if you’re a night owl during the week as I’m a grinch without my beauty sleep in the week :)

There's a large shared living room, separate eat in kitchen as well and shared bathroom.

The flat is on the top floor of a victorian semi detached house and has access to a shared garden. It is located 2 minutes from Gipsy Hill with direct trains to London Bridge, Balham, Victoria and Croydon.

It’s moments from the wonderful Crystal Palace triangle with lots of independent bars, restaurants and shops. Crystal Palace Park is a 10 minute walk away with its national sports centre.
