I’m offering a bright, fully furnished double room in a modern, well-kept flat in Gipsy Hill (SE19). The room is available from end of November/early December, I can be flexible whether it’s a short or longer term let.

The flat is clean, calm, and well looked after, with a shared living area and kitchen that are fully equipped for everyday living.

The room comes furnished with a comfortable bed, storage, and plenty of natural light.

The area is quiet and residential, but very well connected. Gipsy Hill station is a short walk away, with easy links into central London (particularly London Bridge, Victoria) and Crystal Palace is also very close for cafés, restaurants, green spaces, shops, gyms etc.
