A large, furnished double room will be available from the end of August in our two-bedroom flat. The room is for single occupancy only and includes a wardrobe, a desk, a small TV and plenty of space to make yourself at home.

The flat has a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The kitchen is perfectly functional, although we plan to refurbish it in the future.

The location offers excellent transport links:
• 10-minute walk to Gipsy Hill Station
• 15-minute walk to Sydenham Station
• 18-minute walk to Crystal Palace Station

Crystal Palace Park, the bus station and the area's cafés, restaurants and shops are all within a 10-minute walk.

The flat is situated on a quiet private road with parking available and plenty of nearby green space.

We're a friendly couple who value a clean, quiet and relaxed home where everyone respects each other's space. We're non-smokers and are looking for a like-minded lodger.
