Lovely, light room, Gipsy Hill

We are two girls living on Gipsy Hill just below the Crystal Palace triangle in a flat share. We have a small double room available it includes a bed with 4 big storage draws underneath and a little desk and chair and 3 shelves on wall.
Rent is £720 a month this will include all bills so everything is covered by that.

We have made your room less cluttered by giving you a nice big cupboard and Wardrobe in the corridor just outside your room. The idea is to to give you more space in the room to use as you wish, you could fit a small desk, chest of draws there or chair! (see it currently has a desk in there) Not included. There is nice high ceilings in your room so doesnt feel crampt.

The whole flat is quite large and very light. It's a maisonette across the first and second floor of a Victorian terrace and has a large living room with a big bay window, a nice kitchen that we spend a lot of time in and three bedrooms upstairs. We are 46 and 35 a filmmaker and a French tutor and are always up for a laugh and a good chat.

It's a good 10 minute walk to Crystal Palace station and a 5 min walk away from Gipsy Hill train station. A great area with lots of local bars and restaurants and a beautiful park.

We would simply like to find someone nice that we like sharing the space with and that is reasonably tidy so if thats you, get in touch! The room is available from the end of August around the 29/39th/beginning of sept (flat mate moving to Paris for work)
