We are looking for someone to take over my room in our two-bedroom flat on Gloucester Road.
You will be living with Charlotte, a 29-year-old French woman who works in consulting.
The flat is very cosy. Located on the third floor, the shared areas include a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath. The bedroom has a small double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a desk.
The flat is ideally located opposite Gloucester Road underground station (Piccadilly and District/Circle lines), close to supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. It is also a 10-minute walk from Hyde Park and the museums on Exhibition Road.
The rent is £1,100 per month, excluding bills. Bills are approximately £200 per month (including council tax, Wi-Fi, water, gas and electricity).
