Hi! We are Pippa and Jeanne, and we are looking for 2 girls (max 25) to take over our rooms in a shared flat near Gloucester Road (5-minute walk), close to Imperial (2-minute walk), and 5 minutes from Kensington Gardens.

✍🏻The tenancy swap process would need to start in December 2026 for an official tenancy start and rent payment on January 3rd 2027. We are flexible on my move-out date, so we could also discuss the actual move-out date and January-April rent (rent is paid in 3-month instalments), but we need people to take over the contract in January.
⚠️ At least one of the new tenants needs to have a UK guarantor.

🛏️ Room 1 (1340£) is carpeted and comes with:
- a double bed with storage drawers
- a built-in closet with hanging space and shelving
- 2 nightstands 1 lamp + 1 standing lamp
- a large horizontal hanging mirror
(optional: clothes rack + trolley)

🛏️ Room 2 (1275£) is carpeted and comes with:
- a double bed
- a built-in closet with hanging space and shelving
- 3 nightstands

🏠 The flat is 100m3, 2 stories (ground and basement level), and has the following:
Ground floor:
- kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas stoves, dishwasher, and washer-dryer
- large living room with hardwood floors, very large windows and high ceilings, TV, 2 couches, armchair, desk, fireplace
- dining room with a 6-person table
- toilets
- Bedroom 1
Basement floor:
- 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 2 + the 3rd bedroom)
- bathroom with bathtub, toilets, sink - shared only between Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 (the third roommate has an en-suite)
- patio (the whole flat turns around this inner courtyard)

🫂 The roommates who is staying is super lovely and a friend of ours:
- Girl, 21, Engineering student, Spanish - loves the outdoors and paddle

This is genuinely an amazing flat with lots of character (classic South Ken stucco-fronted townhouse!) and a chance to live with a nice girl in a lovely neighbourhood. You'd be super close to:
- the parks (Hyde Park & Holland Park),
- public transport (Piccadilly, Circle, District lines),
- supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco),
- museums (V&A, Natural History Museum, Science Museum).

We've had an amazing time living there and sadly must leave due to unforeseen changes, but it's a great flat! More than happy to answer any questions about the flat - send me a text 💌
