I am looking for a flatmate to share an amazing flat with VIEW in the South Kensington area!

5min walk from Gloucester Road tube station and have an amazing view from the balcony :)
There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms so we don't need to share the bathroom!
It is a duplex flat and the bedrooms locate on a separate floor so we have privacy :)
There are lifts and porter, the flat is really modern fixtures and wooden floor throughout - only the staircase is carpet.

Looking for a social, respectful and matured person to share our lives.
I want to keep the place tidy and clean, so hope you are the same.
I like to socialize so if we can have dinner or wine sometimes, it could be nice.
But also, I would like to keep our privacy and respect for our own time.
I may invite guests time to time, but not an everyday party person - more home dinner party thing :)
Overall, I want to make the flat "HOME" so looking for someone feeling same ;)

I have rented the flat through an agency, so we both need to be on the contract.

I used to work as an interior/architectural designer and I am currently pursuing a master degree at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London.
