Double room in Golders Green

Hello there!

We are excited to sublet a double bedroom in our 4-bedroom house! The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table.

Our home features two bathrooms, a warm and inviting living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard space. We are looking for a tidy and respectful person who will take care of all the furniture and the house.

You would be sharing the house with three friendly Italians: two females and one male, who are an accountant, a beauty therapist, and a massage therapist. We enjoy spending time together, but we also value our alone time, creating a nice balance in the house.

We also share our home with our very loved 1 year old miniature dachshund, who is a big part of our little household and brings lots of joy!

Location-wise, we're just a couple of minutes' walk from Golders Green station and several bus stops. You'll find plenty of shops nearby, including Sainsbury's, Pret, Boots, Starbucks, Gail’s, Costa, Tesco, nice restaurants etc.. making everything easily accessible.

The room is available for short, medium, or long-term rental at £700 per month, excluding bills.
