I'm moving out of the flat and looking for someone to replace me! Move in dates ideally be between 1st of June-12th of June. There's no living room!

✔️Flatmates: currently 2 females and a live in landlord, she's a lovely lady - she got her own living space and bathroom we only share kitchen. so you won't see her much! the other two girls are super lovely. One's Korean and another girl's from Hungary!

Nothern line Golders Green station is just a 10-12 min walk away - 35 min to central soho
5 minutes to Tesco, Korean supermarket, Boots.
10 minutes to Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, KFC, Gail’s, and many more cafes. It's a really convenient and safe area.
—I've never felt unsafe even walking home late at night (1-2 AM)!
The rent is really really affordable for the size of the room!
