Lovely double room with own bathroom

I have lived in my flat for 11 years and it is my home, I’m looking to share with somebody like-minded who will keep it as nice as I do as I furnished it myself! It’s a ground floor two bed two bath with open plan kitchen and sitting room with a lovely garden out the back, the road is also free Parking. The whole flat has Sky Tv and Wi-Fi including both bedrooms, the property also has a utility room with a washing machine, it’s about five minute walk to the nearest bus stop 10 minutes to Golders Green station. I’m out most days working and I’m looking for somebody who is also at work during the day and not WFH, I’m super laid-back, I love cooking going out with friends in the evening or just having a cheeky glass of wine on the Sofa watching a series. The room is actually my son‘s room he’s moving out on the 1st of August so I will upload more pictures of the actual room once all his stuff has gone. It’s a small double room with a double bed a floor to ceiling pacs IKEA wardrobe, chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV with the full sky package. It will be repainted once he’s gone, A nice clean white and I will put a new mattress in there. 😊
