Room in spacious & sunny flat in North London

Hi everyone! We have a room opening up in our gorgeous flat in Golders Green! The flat is really spacious, open, and bright, and located in a lovely area on the Northern line within walking distance of multiple food shops (including big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and M&S!), Golders Hill Park, and the Hampstead Heath extension! ☀️🌲

The room would be available starting September 4th. It comes unfurnished, but our current flatmate who’s moving out is also happy to sell some of the furniture in the room! The monthly rent is £786 per month excluding bills, and the minimum annual salary required is £23,580 to pass our landlord’s referencing process. You will also share a main bathroom with two other tenants, and there is also a half bathroom on the first level of the flat.

A little about us as a household — we are an equal balance of clean, fun, and social yet respectful of solo time, so we would love to find a fourth diva (gals, gays + theys welcome 💕) to match that energy and complete our flat fam, preferably in the 26-32 age range! We’re supportive of each other’s individual vibes and love a good late night cackle with each other on the couch. Here is a little bit about each of us!

Emma (24, Irish 🇮🇪) working in social media and film. Loves travelling, overpriced London coffee, good books, and cosy days in front of the telly. Always up for a pub pint, a night out dancing, or a musical theatre show.

Pooja (28, American 🇺🇸), working in anthropology and eventually starting a PhD, and loves eating, traveling, dropping it down low and engaging in cozy girl hobbies! You’ll catch her in the common areas knitting, practicing tarot, or watching TV/movies. She’s also obsessed with manifesting, journaling, and affirmations.

Aubrey (30, American 🇺🇸) working in marketing and loves travel, coffee dates, gardening, picnics & hosting dinner parties. She is the resident night owl and always keen to be your weeknight or weekend adventure buddy!
