Single En-Suite Room in Golders Green – £1,200 Bil

We have a single en-suite room available in a friendly and relaxed house in Golders Green, around a 15-minute walk from Golders Green station.
Rent: £1,200 per month – all bills included.
You’ll be living with two friendly guys in their 20s/30s. One of us works as a teacher in Uxbridge, so during the week I’m usually out early in the morning and back home at around 5pm. The other housemate is currently not working and enjoys spending more time at home.
We’re both easy-going, respectful and sociable. We enjoy having a chat, watching TV together and generally having a friendly atmosphere in the house rather than everyone just staying locked away in their rooms.
We’re also massive football fans, so there’s a good chance there will be a Premier League or Champions League game on in the living room!
We’re looking for a friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going person who wants somewhere peaceful to live but is also happy to socialise and have a laugh with their housemates. We’re both Muslim and have a few simple preferences around the shared kitchen, including keeping separate pots, pans and utensils for non-halal food. We’re very relaxed and respectful of different lifestyles and are simply looking for someone considerate of the shared space.
The area itself is quiet and residential, while Golders Green’s shops, restaurants, transport links and Northern Line are within walking distance.
