If you'd rather have the bigger en-suite room, it's £1,275 a month (bills the same, £150-£200). I'm happy to stay put, so the choice is yours.
You'll be living with me, Brasilta! The neighbourhood is really safe, with loads of independent bakeries and restaurants to try, plus good travel links by tube and bus.
