Unfortunately, I’m moving back to Australia and need someone to take over my room! Viewings ASAP.

👯‍♀️ What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone kind, respectful and responsible who enjoys being social and getting to know their roommates. We’d love someone who is up for hanging out, having dinners or going for drinks together, while also enjoying their own time and respecting everyone’s space.

🛏️ The room & flat

The room is the smallest of the three, but comfortably fits a double bed, 3-door wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. £800/month, with bills roughly £120/month (£75 council tax, ~£35 electricity and under £10 WiFi).

The flat is two-storey with 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, large fridge with water dispenser and a really good-sized living room.

📍 Location – NW11, Golders Green

Super convenient, with Waitrose, M&S, Gail’s, Boots, cafes and shops nearby. 3 buses stop close by and it’s only a couple of stops to the Northern Line. There’s also a Post Office across the road, Evri nearby, a nail salon downstairs and loads of hair/nail places within a 2-minute walk.

👯‍♀️ Your new roommates

Nidia, 35 – from Spain and a part-time makeup artist. Loves training/running, going out with friends, cute dinners, chilling at home and is definitely a social butterfly (mid-twenties at heart 😂).

Amber, 25 – from Belgium and a full-time makeup artist. Loves going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, having cute dinners and socialising, but also loves a cosy night at home and relaxing.

We also have a lovely landlord who is always quick to help, and currently have a dog (although sadly he won’t be around once I leave).
