Cosy Double Room in Friendly, Professional House

Looking for a replacement for the cosiest room in a lovely shared household of creatives and professionals.

The room is on the first floor of the house, furnished with a bed, mattress and built in wardrobes and shelves. There is a shared bathroom with 2 others on the same level.

The house is shared with 6 lovely, clean and respectful flatmates. Although there are quite a few of us, the house is actually very peaceful and quiet because everyone has their own busy schedules and is often out. We’re friendly and always happy to have a chat when we bump into each other, but there’s no pressure to be constantly social — everyone respects each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who would fit naturally into the house: a professional, clean, kind, respectful and friendly person, ideally someone who enjoys having a calm and comfortable home.

The house is in good condition, and we have a landlord who is good at taking care of anything that needs sorting. He lives abroad, so he’s also very hands-off and gives us plenty of privacy and independence.

The house is located on a quiet side-street in Temple Fortune, Golders Green. Our nearest tube station is Golders Green (Northern Line) with a 15/20 minute ride into Central London. The nearest Bus-Stop is 2 minutes’ walk away with the following buses:
13 (24hr): Victoria Station/Bakers Street/North Finchley
460: Willesden Bus Garage/North Finchley
102: Brent Cross/ Edmonton Green

Golders Green Station is also serviced by many coaches heading in all sorts of directions, including Stansted and Luton airports.

The area has good restaurants, bakeries and deli's; and Sainsbury's, M&S and Waitrose are all nearby.

Hampstead Heath Extension and Hampstead Heath are a short walk away and you are a short bus journey away from the amenities of Hampstead.
