Large Modern En-suite Room in all female flat

Hey Gals,

We have a lovely large en-suite room becoming available in our flat from 1st Jan 2027 and are therefore looking for a new flatmate. Girls only please!

We're an all-female flatshare (3 bedrooms in total). The available bedroom is large, modern and has its own bathroom (en suite). There is also a shared inbuilt cupboard in the hallway (super handy for suitcases and extra bits!).

The room comes with the bed frame, wardrobe and fitted chest of drawers you can see in the photos. The mattress was bought brand new 3 years ago and is available to buy. Other items shown in photos that are also available to buy:

- Bathroom unit 3 x drawers (grey)
- Bedside until 2 x drawers (grey)
- Cabinet infront of desk (cream)
- Large Desk (white)
- Office Chair (black)
- Chest of drawers in hallway (not shown)

The rest of the flat is also modern and spacious with a shared kitchen and living room (separate). Great landlord, no issues with getting things fixed, although things rarely ever break.

Golders Green as an area is lovely. The flat is a 30 second walk from the tube station. We have a large Sainsbury's literally a 10-second walk away and lots of other grocery shops nearby. Lots of coffee shops also with a minute's walk (Gail's, Starbucks, Cafe Nero), and a lovely park around the corner (great for summer picnics ☀️)

As for your current flatmates, one works as a nurse and the other in corporate development. Weekdays are usually busy with work so relaxed evenings with a chat in the kitchen over dinner is the usual routine. Weekends are usually out socialising with friends, family and travelling. We have a nice balance of catching-up but also doing our own thing separately 😊. As for hobbies, we're into Pilates, Fitness, reading, travelling, exploring new places and the occasional Netflix show of course!
