Students welcome

A good size single room is available for a student
- undergrad, Master's or PhD
- student on a work placement
- summer intern or studying English over the summer
- or just starting work after a recent graduation.

Ideally, we want a lodger from 15/6 till mid-September or from September-October for the new academic year (or both!)

This is our family home. The house is big enough for everybody to spread out and have your own space. You will have your own toilet and shower facilities, and your own fridge. It's a calm and friendly place where you can concentrate on your studies.

Golders Green is a safe neighbourhood well connected to Central London (25 minutes by tube). We are round the corner from Brent Cross tube (Northern line).

We've had students from Middlesex and City universities, UCL, Kings College, London School of Fashion, ESCP Business School and LSE. These places are all within easy reach.

The rent includes all bills (water, electricity, council tax, Wi-Fi).

If you are looking for a beautiful, calm, quiet and peaceful place where you can feel at ease, this is definitely the spot for you. The room and house are equipped with absolutely everything that you need (and this, again, it’s not necessarily an easy thing to find in London), the Brent Cross station is literally 1 minute walk from the house and you can reach Central London in less than 20 minutes. The entire area is just as lovely as the house and you also have a huge shopping centre nearby. The location is nothing but ideal - quiet enough just in order to feel that you are really at home, but also very close to the lively city centre and to one of the most beautiful areas in London- Hampstead Heath."
