We currently have two males and one female in the house.

Room and Flat:

- The flat is a maisonette and is on the top floor and has great natural lighting.
- A bright small room with a double bed, a wardrobe, shelves, and a desk. South facing bay window and freshly painted clean white walls!
- Good size living room overlooking a quiet street, a toilet with a separate bathroom, and a sunny and cosy kitchen.
- The rent is £450 per month plus bills (Water, Gas, Electricity, WiFi and Council Tax Roughly £115 a month). The deposit is £400. We will require a copy of your passport and a work reference.
- Rent comes out on the 5th of every month.

Location:
- Close to M&S and Waitrose (2min) with Sainsbury’s a 15-minute walk away.
- 24-hour bus services, as well as a National Express stop.
- 15-minute walk to the nearest tube (Golders Green - Northern Line) or 5 by bus 460/13/102
- Just a few stops from Camden Town and Euston, one stop away from lovely Hampstead.
- Plenty of restaurants, as well as plenty of opportunities to satisfy your need for caffeine.

Flatmates:
- An Aussie music administrator, an Italian logistic officer with a passion for food, and a South Indian recruitment expert.
- A friendly cat who loves pets and loves hanging out in this warm bedroom (at your discretion), so any potential flatmates must like/not be allergic to cats.
- We’re friendly and open-minded. Though not a party house we like to socialize; if it is just to chat or have a drink or laze in front of the tv watching Netflix.
- We enjoy a night out here and there but keep the home calm and chilled. We would like to find someone like-minded who enjoys the occasional Pub Quiz, visiting Theatre, chilling on the sofa, a shared interest in tv shows, etc, but who also respects privacy and space.

We are looking for someone, easy-going, sociable, generally a quiet person, friendly, who doesn’t mind chipping in with the cleaning (someone has to do it!). Must have a sense of humour and not be allergic to cats.
It’s a quiet house, so if you’re looking for something chilled out, this place is for you. You will be sharing with 2 guys and 1 girl.
