I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in our lovely 2-bedroom flat, as my current flatmate is moving end of August

* Bills: Not included. (around £80~125)

The available room is a bright and spacious double with its own private en-suite bathroom.

The Room & Flat:
The room comes furnished with plenty of space for your things. You'll have your own modern en-suite, so no sharing a bathroom! We share a modern kitchen which has everything you need (washing machine, etc.).

I have my full time work in finance. And I m clean, respectful, and enjoy a chat, but also happy to give you your own space.

We're located on Goldhawk Road (W12), in a safe residential area. It's incredibly convenient:
* 15-minute walk to Westfield Shepherd's Bush.
* Under 10-minute walk to Goldhawk Road station (Hammersmith & City, Circle lines).
* A short walk to Shepherd's Bush Market station and the Central line.
