The house is shared with myself and two adult children. We have lived here for over 20 years and love our street, the area and our home. I work part time from home and part time out.

We are looking for a female lodger who is clean, tidy and considerate, does not keep anti-social hours and is a non-smoker.
No overnight guests without prior arrangement and no working from home.
We would also consider a Monday - Friday lodger.
